A Study On The Process Post-Evaluation Of Building Energy-saving

Energy is the material base of human society for existence and development,the energy crisis Arouse people'requirements and understanding of building energy-saving. However, it is not difficult to find that a large number of buildings can not reach expected target about building energy-saving, the overall level of building energy-saving is still lagging behind. With the development of the Construction industry and the increment of the building demand, more investors and the public will pay close attention to the scientific level of the building energy-saving investment decision and its benefit level. It urgently needs carrying on energy-saving Post-Evaluation for the buildings which have been built, in order to discover problems, find out reasons, puts forward some suggestions for improvement, summarize experience and lessons, for improving the level of the building energy-saving in the future.On the basis of numerous research about project Post-Evaluation and building energy-saving, the thesis clearly defines the concept of building energy-saving process Post-Evaluation,puts forward the process Post-Evaluation theoretical frame of the building energy-saving. It key researches the indices system and comprehensive evaluation methods of building energy-saving process Post-Evaluation(take the public building in hot summer and cold winter zone for example),establishes the theoretical basis of building energy-saving process Post-Evaluation. Then choose a Office Building in the hot summer and cold winter zone for example to verify the theory and method system.The research about building energy-saving process Post-Evaluation included two steps:One is constructs evaluation system of building energy-saving process Post-Evaluation. Firstly, by referring to plenty of material,analyzed the factors and protocoled the original evaluation indices of building energy-saving process Post-Evaluation. Secondly,using Delphi to survey experts in every fields in order to determine the ultimate evaluation system. Finally, using the AHP and Entropy Technology in mathematics to determine indices Weight, constructed complete evaluation indices system. The other is introduces the method of building-saving comprehensive evaluation,that is referring to plenty of material and using Delphi Obtained evaluation standard of every evaluation indices,than using contrast method, LFA, fuzzy membership function, success degree method and so on to acquire the score of every index. Then according to the indices weight, calculate the last score oof comprehensive effect and the grade.In the end, the thesis using the theory and method about the process Post-Evaluation of building energy-saving which established in this thesis to evaluation a office building in hot summer and cold winter zone and has made a better application effect. Then based on this, put forward some suggestions to improve building energy-saving process Post-Evaluation system.
