The current international energy crisis and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious.Vigorously developing new and renewable energy sources,reducing environmental pollution,transforming energy structure,and improving energy efficiency have become important consensuses for countries to pursue sustainable development.Since the 18th National Congress,China has adhered to clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy development,vigorously develop clean energy such as water,biomass and solar energy,continuously increase energy structure adjustment,and accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading.In order to speed up the adjustment of energy structure,in recent years China has continuously increased investment in energy-saving renovation and upgrading of hot water systems,and positive progress has been made in energy structure transformation.At the same time,the traditional engineering completion acceptance evaluation method is not enough to verify the pertinence and effectiveness of the energy-saving renovation work.It is necessary to construct a more scientific and rational hot water system energy-saving transformation effect evaluation model,and then improve the social benefits and investment benefits of energy-saving renovation work.This paper focuses on the post-evaluation of the energy-saving retrofit project of hospital hot water system,and proposes a post-evaluation method based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This method has a careful consideration of subjective methods compared with traditional evaluation methods.The applicability of the evaluation,the strict quantitative analysis of the implementation of the hot water system renovation project,and the energy saving of the DWA hospital hot water system renovation project as an example.First of all,this paper has reviewed a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on energy-saving renovation of hot water systems,and analyzed the development status and trends of energy-saving renovation projects.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the results of previous studies,the research topic of this paper was determined.Secondly,this paper summarizes the basic theory,evaluation method and construction principle of evaluation index system,and introduces the basic principles and calculation steps of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and summarizes the applicability and superiority of different evaluation methods.Disadvantages.Thirdly,in this paper,through the use of analytic hierarchy process,according to the current situation of energy-saving renovation of hot water system in China,a post-evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed.From the four dimensions of project construction process,economic benefit,social benefit and sustainability,the model determines the indicators for post-evaluation of hot water system transformation project,and then obtains expert opinions through questionnaires and interviews.Weight and its importance.Finally,using the method proposed in this paper,the comprehensive score of the hot water system renovation and upgrading project is 84.4864,and the evaluation grade is good.On this basis,the optimization suggestions for the hot water system transformation project are put forward,and the full text is summarized and forecasted.On this basis,it puts forward the optimization suggestions for the energy-saving transformation and upgrading project of hot water system:first,most of the post evaluation studies at this stage are mainly focused on the economic and social benefits brought by the energy-saving transformation project,ignoring the environmental benefits.However,as the government departments pay more and more attention to environmental impact,this indicator will become the focus of research in the future,which will also become one of the hot spots in the future.Second,in the process of empirical research,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to determine the weight of evaluation indicators.However,because the index evaluation is determined by experts,it has certain subjective color.The design of expert questionnaire and data processing are still one-sided,and the logical structure of the full text is somewhat simple,and the research depth is slightly insufficient,which needs to be improved in the future.
