| The automatic Coal-Mixing system is an important component of the coal handling system in a thermal power plant,nowadays the control method of Coal-Mixing system in power station is reasonless,optimized method based on the basic idea of ant colony algorithm enhance the rationality, safety and stability of the automatic Coal-Mixing system in power station. Based on Coal-Mixing system of the Anhui Bengbu thermal power plant in this paper,we solve the optimization of the on-site Coal-Mixing system by using the basic idea of ant colony algorithm,drawe program-controlled screen,build system logic configuration by using the EDPF-NT+ distributed control system,and pass the last debugging. The results in the engineering practice show that, with high operation stability and automatic, strongly anti-jamming ability, the level of operational guidance and energy-saving control is improved, offering solid foundation for achieving a fully automated automatic Coal-Mixing system in Power Plant. |
