According to the practical situation of North China Power Grid, the monitoring system for wind power information, based on B/S model, has been researched and developed by this thesis. Firstly, through analysis and research to the wind power in North China, the aims of systems, mode and platform of the development have been established. Then the data sheets, including information sheets of wind power field, inspection sheets of wind power field, quantity of electricity sheets of wind power field, information sheets of real-time collocation, real-time information sheets and users information sheets and etc, have been established. Finally, using C# and Oracle, the monitoring system for wind power has been researched and developed. There are seven modules related to this system. They are monitoring functional module, wind power data digging module, secondary decision-making functional module for wind power data digging, data management and statistic module, information inquiry functional module, and users'authorization management functional module. Computerization of monitoring and data analysis for North China Wind Power Grid has been achieved. The data acquisition system is connected with this computerized system so that the consistency of data is guaranteed in data analytic statistics.
