In recent years, with the grid scale is increasing, traditional management models are more and more becoming to be not suitable to management of power enterprise. In order to adapt to the scale of the grid, strengthen the operational management of the grid and improve the efficiency of production management, it will be a good choice for the introduction of the production management system to the power grid. But because of our production management system for power grid enterprises started too late, there are little experience to draw on. It is a problem for power grid enterprise whether the production management system is able to meet the needs of management, and it is also the object what this paper is to study on. Based on the effect of the specific implementation of the production management system of digital power grid, and the basis of a large number of imestigation and analysis, combining with the actual characteristics of the production management system, this paper constructs the index system and evaluation model which is used to evaluate the implementation effect of digital network production management system, and evaluates this evaluation system by G1-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Combining with the principle of comprehensive evaluation method, this paper selects appropriate methods to analyze evaluation results. In final, taking the digital grid production management system of North China power grid as an example, this paper give An empirical analysis. The numerical results of evaluation model show that the operation of this system in power network is very good. which are accord with the actual situation of the North China power grid. This shows that the evaluation system is generic and can provide theoretical support for other grid enterprises to introduce production management system.
