Evaluation Study Of 220kV Transmission And Transformation Project In The South Of Chengde City Based On AHP-Fuzzy Method

This paper mainly gived a evaluation study on 220kV transmission and transformation project in the south of Chengde City.Firstly elaborated the basic thoery of construction programs evaluation and the work in have done.Secondly analyzed the projection background of 220kV transmission and transformation Project in the South of Chengde City, carried on the power forecast with the gray forecast technique. Based on the deep investigation, overviewed the project from the angle of power system, station site selection, civil technology, energy consumption, investment financial estimates.etc. Finally gived gived a evaluation study on 220kV transmission and transformation project in the south of Chengde City with AHP and Fuzzy method. Evaluation results showed the project had high scores in technical factors and economic benefits and environmental benefits .The evaluation reserch improved the status of power supply in Chengde grid and provided the reference to power programs evaluatins.
