Researching On Evaluation Of Transmission And Transformation Project In Benxi Tanggou

With the sustained and rapid development of the economy, our demand for electricity is increasing. In order to ensure stable supply of electricity, we have planned the construction of a large number of power projects.66 k V transmission and transformation project in Benxi Tanggou aims to meet load growth and improve grid structure, improve reliability, reduce network losses and improve economic efficiency.The main contents of this paper are:Firstly, the article introduces the research background and significance of 66 k V transmission and transformation project in Benxi Tanggou, as well as research status of the pre-evaluation, and the main research methods.Secondly, the article introduces some theories of pre-evaluation of transmission and transformation project, such as the meaning and basic requirements of pre-evaluation, the main contents of pre-evaluation such as analysis of market conditions, economic evaluation, the determination of the scale of production, analysis of plant conditions, production conditions and technical conditions and so on, basic principles,basic program and features of pre-evaluation.Thirdly, the paper constructed pre-evaluation of transmission and transformation project index system, such as outline of 66 k V transmission and transformation project in Benxi Tanggou, the principle of index system of the pre-evaluation of transmission and transformation project, the construction of economic evaluation index system, social evaluation index system, technical evaluation index system and total evaluation index system.Fourth, this paper constructs pre-evaluation model of transmission and transformation project, such as brief introduction and steps of AHP,the steps and basic contents of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Fifth,this paper pre-evaluates 66 k V transmission and transformation project in Benxi Tanggou,such as the analysis of economic evaluation index system,social evaluation index system,technical evaluation index system,the determination of index weights of pre-evaluation of transmission and transformation project,the determination of the degree of membership of each index and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of transmission and transformation project.
