| With the increase of funds of infrastructure investment in our country, the adjustment of the industrial structure in China is gradually improved. At the same time, in order to make sure the development of national economy, it is important to speed up the construction of power grid. 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Benxi Gaoguan aims to meet load growth and improve grid structure, improve reliability, reduce the network losses as well as improve the economic efficiency.In this article we will conduct the assessment of 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Benxi Gaoguan. We will be on three aspects through technical, economic, and social to assess the benefits of the project objectively, so as to obtain better economic combination, and to effectively promote the early realization of sustainable economic and social development goals and the socialist harmonious society of the grand blueprint. Based on this consideration, the paper constructed evaluation of the transmission and transformation project index system, such as outline of the 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Benxi Gaoguan, the principle of index system of the evaluation of the transmission and transformation project, the technical evaluation index system, the construction of the economic evaluation system, and the social evaluation index system, as well as the total evaluation index system. On the basis of this situation, this paper evaluates 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Benxi Gaoguan, by application of analytic hierarchy based on triangular fuzzy number to analyze Benxi Gaoguan power transmission and transformation project level 3, level 2, as well as the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the power transmission and transformation project. Finally this article obtains the 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Benxi Gaoguan is feasible. |
