Research On Project Schedule Management In Daming 220KV Electric Power Substation

Project Schedule is an important economic indicator measuring the level of a construction project management, whether project works can be completed and taken over within an estimated duration is fatal to the economic benefit of the project. So, the schedule management is one of the core theories in project management.On the basis of the analysis of the theories of project schedule management, this paper attempts to make a thorough research on schedule management of the power substation project by the case study of"Daming 220kv power substation project". First,the author obtains a network diagram of this project, creats work breakdown structure of all items of the project activities and estimates the duration of each activities according to WBS method. Second,the author describes the inspection and acceptance methods of the construction projects. Finally,the author proposes the problems of the schedule management in this project as well as corresponding solution. This study will supply a reference for the follow-up schedule management of substation construction engineering.
