With the growing maturity and lower costs of the LED lighting technology, LED lighting as the lighting of green light has been widely used. The expense of tunnel lighting is one of the biggest projects in tunnel management. so it's very significant to reduce tunnel lighting energy consumption ,if LED lighting will be applied to the tunnel lighting and designing a rational and effective control system.This paper firstly compares the different LED tunnel lighting control methods and the control signal transmission methods, then chooses stepless dimming lighting control methods which using analog signal to control current average by the way of DCO - 5V analog voltage signal transmission. Constructs a tunnel stepless dimming LED lighting control system and proposes specific control scheme. The basic lighting uses fuzzy control system which outputting control parameters to control the brightness of the basic lighting according to traffic volume and speed for the fuzzy input parameters. The enhanced lighting uses a peer to peer control method which using the measured brightness of the outside of tunnel as the input parameters and controlling the digital potentiometer of outputting voltage after data processing to achieve the brightness stepless control of the tunnel enhanced lighting. And analyzes energy saving of the stepless dimming lighting control system.Then architectures stepless dimming LED lighting control system in the LonWorks bus which choosing the power line as communication medium on the base of studying and analyzing the LonWorks technology features.. In the field layer devises hardware and software of the test node, the loop control node and brightness control node which using neuron chip TMPN3150 as the core, and completes the design TMPN3150 memory expansion and power transceiver PLT-22 circuit; In the management, constructs a basic lighting fuzzy controller based on LonWorks using of the DDE technology which is included in LonWorks development tools LNS, and completes the design of the fuzzy controller.
