The project uses the 162YHB001 road microwave heating equipment. We studied the mixture characteristics of microwave heating, and did some simulation of heating wall in the actual heating effect.Microwave heating has been gradually applied to maintenance and repair of asphalt pavement in the high-grade highway. In the actual maintenance process of the microwave road maintenance vehicle, the asphalt road surface heater is a arrays which is made up by a lot of magnetrons. There is lots of mutual interference between the different magnetrons. The simulation in the past is about a single magnetron. This paper researches, taking into account the mutual interference between the different magnetrons, did some simulation with the magnetrons arrayThis is carried out through the CST and the ANSYS simulation of magnetron arrays to study the characteristics of the actual heating process. The study found that the heating of array is uneven, for which I have improved the existing arrays, adding baffles in the array along the direction of the electric field of the magnetron. Then I verify the effectiveness of the improvement measures. Finally, I studied the effects of different factors on microwave heating time, the height between the ground and waveguide could easily affect the heating effects. We found that the best height is 9cm from the simulation results and experiments. Power also has big effects on the heating time. The power is greater, the time of heating is shorter. These conclusions could provide us a solid theoretical and experimental basis for the future improvements of microwave heating vehicles. In the paper I proposed the improvement program and a series of simulation conclusions. They could provide the solid rationale and the experiment foundation for the next improvement of microwave vehicle's heating system.
