The Research Of Asphalt Paver's Start-Up Process

As the quality requirements of paving the road improvement and asphalt paver technology maturing,there is a growing concern about the issue of asphalt paver.At present, when asphalt paver started off,start-up process have being shocking phenomenon, indentation and the quality issues of paving.Through analyzing the asphalt paver,the thesis obtains the factors,which affect the quality of paving road in the start-up process.By AMESim simulation, obtain the driving,conveying,sub-feed, tamper and vibration's Hydraulic system dynamic response of speed, acceleration and system pressure in different conditions.Through simulation for sub-time starting,acquire the starting order of five hydraulic system. By CC-system controller, use software named Codesys to program and design electrical-control system in according to the results of simulation, the electronic control system has been used in the ZT600 asphalt paver,and through preliminary using,the effect is good.
