| Transportation is the basic industry of national economic development. The development of transport must take the forefront in other industries and has some advance. Comprehensive transportation is the development of human society to a certain stage. Regional Comprehensive transport system is the system of regional economic systems, the regional economic development has a strong role in promoting. By the State Council on Jan. 8, 2009 published by"Program for Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta (2008-2020)"Looking ahead, Pearl River Delta given the important mission of the "scientific development, pilot," by the State, and the socio-economic development of the Pearl River Delta will continue to walk in the forefront of the country. Therefore, the Pearl River Delta needs an integrated transport scientific forecast, and has very important realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance.This paper is based on Study on"Comprehensive Transportation of Regional Economic Integration in Pearl River Delta". Base on the research of Pearl River Delta economy development and comprehensive transportation, this paper nalyze the connection of them, impersonality estimate the trend of country economy and the society, as well as new demand on Pearl River Delta comprehensive transportation. In order to offer theoretic gist and correlative data for the planning of development direction and programming of Pearl River Delta, this paper includes the forecast of future comprehensive transportation demand and economy development trend of Pearl River Delta. Finally , this paper proposes the development strategy for comprehensive transportation system demands in Pearl River Delta.
