Research On Sustainable Development Countermeasures Of River Crew In The Pearl River Delta

As an important part of the talent team in the Pearl River Delta inland shipping,the river crew has played an active role in the river shipping,urban construction and national economic development in Guangdong over the years.The Pearl River Delta region,which has rich water network and abundant shipping resources.With the implementation of country with strong transportation strategy and the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Guangdong inland transport will usher in a new round of rapid development.Especially the high quality of the Pearl River Delta river shipping development needs a sustainable development of the river crews for support.In order to realize the sustainable development of the river crews,the Ministry of Transport issued the development plan for the crew of China,and put forward the strategic goal of transforming China from a big country to a powerful country.However,compared with developed countries and domestic seafarers,the number,structure,and quality of the river crew in the Pearl River Delta cannot fully adapt to the regional economic development of the greater bay area.The sustainable development of the Pearl River Delta river crew become the bottleneck which restrict the development of the Pearl River Delta river shipping.Through the theory of new public administration and the concept of maritime administration,this paper conducts research on the sustainable development of the river crew in the Pearl River Delta based on the investigation,interview,literature,and the actual situation in the work.This paper analyzes the present situation of the river crew in Pearl River Delta and uses the methods of questionnaire,interview and literature analysis to discuss the reasons of unsustainable development of the river crew in Pearl River Delta.Based on the experiences at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward suggestions and opinions from the perspectives of government management,maritime crew management,and industry coordination management,among which the coordination management of the crew is my own creative idea.Through this research,it is hoped to theoretically improve the development environment for the river crew in the Pearl River Delta,enhance the professional reputation of the river crews,and promote the quality of the crews in practice,so as to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of the river crews in the Pearl River Delta.
