| With the development of the carrier communication technology and computer technology, also the transformation of Nation Grids and the proposition of the Smart Grid, Carrier Meter which is used as the measurement terminal is used more and more widely now. It can not only solve the troublesome that taken by the manual energy-data copying and reading, but also can provide a channel of Real-time monitoring of electricity consumption in electricity users for the power sector. In this paper, Designed a carrier meter which is based on the develop trends of the power meter and customers'needs, that is of high-precision, and can remote via power line carrier.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the subject, briefly describes the development trend of carrier meter and the structure of this article, and then the basic principle of the carrier instrument'electric energy measurement are analyzed. Introducing the Power Line Communication and Spread Spectrum Communication methods used in carrier communication.Secondly, the hardware design and software design are introduced. In the part of hardware design, in the first place proposed the overall design of carrier meter, the device was designed in accordance with the four components of the instrument's structure, including power supply and measuring board, logic board, display board and carrier communication boards, focusing on the power measurement and metering plate part and the carrier communication board hardware design. To analysis and design the various functional circuits, the meter achieved the national grid and carrier customers in all aspects of instrumentation hardware functional requirements. The key components used in the hardware design are:High precision measurement chip ATT7028A for measure department; 78K0/KD2 series microprocessor of NEC Corporation is selected for CPU logic board; Use spread spectrum chip PLCi36 for carrier communication.Core of the system components selection of quartz crystal resonator method is summarized from the production of electric energy meter.The modular design of software design and overall flow chart are first given in the software design part of the energy meter,and focus on the process of meter calibration of the measurement part,electric energy cumulative, parameter setting and software implementation of carrier communication.Finally, experiments carried out on the carrier instrument and also analysis the result, the section of the performance test including accuracy and impact experimental and the experimental data were analyzed and summarized. In the part of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) experiment, first a brief introduction to EMC, especially having research on the burst, electrostatic discharge, high-voltage batons of EMC experiment, analyzed the phenomenon during the experiment and test data.In the end summaries the experiences of EMC learned during the process of the carrier meter's PCB layout.The grade of carrier meters precision is 0.5S, with software calibration. By linking through the network test, it not only achieves the National Grid functional specification, but also meets the needs of the customers. Due to the adoption of the latest DL/T 645-2007 statute, it can accommodate future grid upgrade and meet the needs of the future development of the market instrument. |
