The impact compaction technology's stamping affect depth up to the 250 cm, so it can carry out thick layer subgrade's compaction, and in the actual construction it generally using loose laying depth 100 cm~150 cm, Greatly improve the construction efficiency. However, currently in China subgrade testing standards, For the thick layer of soil subgrade quality's testing, there are no appropriate means and instruments, when loose laying depth thicker than 40 cm, people should take place the layered detection and deep excavation hollow holes, so it can make compacted subgrade has considerable destructive and also need huge resources. Therefore, finding and developing a scientific, effective and rapid method about assessmenting the quality of thick layer subgrade compaction is very urgent.Through sorting and analysis of typical soil subgrade field-test datas for the grittiness and the collapsible loess, this paper studyed on regress analysis among the collected field-test datas which were closely related to the subgrade compactions under different conditions, such as the accumulative settlement amounts, the compactness and the water content and so on,then established the regression model in the relationship between the number of rolling and the compactness, between the accumulative settlement and the compactness, between the water content and the compactness. At last we draw a system of experience regression formulas that can determin the quality of subgrade compaction about the grittiness and the collapsible loess. In the actual construction, quality inspection staffs can simply translate the subgrade compaction by the number of rolling and the accumulative settlement amounts having been measured in construction, so as to achieve testing for thick layer subgrade compaction quality rapidly and non-destructively. This paper's research results have practical significance in rapid, non-destructive testing for compaction quality based on the thick layer subgrade of impact Roller.
