With our country's rapid economic development, impact roller has been used widely. However, because of the road condition of impact roller is very poor, vibration isolation measures is not enough, the vast majority of the impact roller does not have front axle or rear axle suspension system and the driver seat is not installed damping devices etc, all those make the human body bear the large impact, the impact spread to the driver directly through the wheel transfer. If the driver subjected to such long-term vibration under high-intensity, he will be fatigue and reduce job efficiency and quality. Long-term harmful vibration will also lead to a lot of diseases, and therefore the study of tractor's comfort becomes an urgent and necessary task.In response to these questions, the author of this article set up tractor's mechanical and mathematical models of "the bodywork - the human body - the seat " three degrees of freedom mechanical vibration system, carried out a preliminary analysis that used state-space method in MATLAB/Simulink, set up the three-dimensional model of tractor in Solidworks and imported it into ADAMS, and carried out the vibration analysis. Then the author simulated vertical acceleration, power spectral density of vertical acceleration, and the weighted root-mean-square value of vertical acceleration. Then compared simulation results and the national evaluation criterion ISO2631 and carried out objective analysis and evaluation of vibration characteristics. And the article also applied air spring seat during the study.Finally, the author puts forward some questions to solve in following days.
