Consumer has low degree concerned about NVH performance of truck in the past. With increasing technological, the comfort of truck is becoming a major aspect of difference competition. The abnormal vibration of a truck cab appeared in specific speed in using process based on the market feedback. If the specific speed in the common scope, comfort of crew will be seriously deteriorated.The paper focuses on factors causing abnormal vibration of cab through many experiments. A fine FEM model of truck was established by using Hypermesh. The modal of cab, frame and truck will be analysis by using Optistuct. Natural frequencies of the cab, the frame and the truck were obtained through modal analysis and the results were analyzed. The reasons of the normal vibration were found out by comparing simulation and experiment results.To ascertain the change of the component thickness of the cab to the influence of the first class frequencies, the sensitivity analysis was performed. The frequency values of the low-order modal should be improved to make the natural frequency of truck decreased so as to avoid resonance. The paper find the reasons of the normal vibration through test integrated with digital modeling, the result provide the guidance for the similar truck.
