| Since 2000, China have become the largest aged person and the fastest increase country, there are above 10% people were over 60 years old. As this large scope, the increase of aged people by"421"family structure and the faultiness of aged people protect and insure system,developing and improving the system of the bead house which is an inclination and a tendency certainly. Around the current situation of the bead house architecture of our country which take a very big progress on the quality and popularize of enlarging scope, perfecting system and hardware facility, however, there are still some kinds of shortage, such as the simplification of the living space and the lack of environment comfort on aged people self adaptation, environment and living space.This essay is aim to realize the living standard, body size, mentation , living requirement and the inclination for living in bead house by survey type. Base on the feature of modern aged people also the mental and physiological requirement of living environment, the bead house architecture and environment were separated by inside environment and outside environment in this research. In the research of inside environment, combining requirements and features is necessary to find out the type of living function space and public communicating space which fit to aged people's mentations, and also should research the green plants which affect to aged people. Next, in the research of outside environment, this essay separates some parts to discuss the basic environment of bead house, courtyard which can influence the emotion and heath of aged people, and the public service equipments which are dependent on aged people. Finally, after getting the result of the suitable form of bead house architecture and environment features, this essay will explain safety design of bead house, such as improving bathroom design, fire prevention system design and focus on particular psychology safety design by aged people.
