The disabled group is an important part of the social population.As a country with a large population,the number of disabled people is among the highest in the world.According to the "Second National Disability Sample Survey",the total number of disabled people in China is about 82.96 million,of which the total number of hearing and speech disabilities reaches 21.31 million,accounting for 25.63% of the total number of disabled people..Hearing and speech disorder groups have obstacles in their communication with hearing people because of their hearing loss.The ability to communicate with others is the necessary ability and basic rights to survive in human society.Although the loss of listening and language ability cannot be completely compensated,it is passed.The design can improve the communication and communication status of the hearing and speech disorder groups,and eliminate the obstacles in the social interaction between the disabled and non-disabled people as much as possible,thereby improving their quality of life.This paper pays attention to the problem of communication difficulties in hearing and speech disorder groups.From the perspectives of physiological characteristics,psychological characteristics and living conditions of hearing and speech disorder groups,this paper explores the real needs of hearing and speech disorder groups to assist in barrier-free communication products,and studies feasible technical paths.Designing means for the hearing and speech disorder groups to create products that can communicate with each other efficiently,and change the weak position of the hearing and speech disorder groups in communication.They are transformed from one-way passive recipients of information to two-way communicators who can smoothly convey the information they want to express and receive the information of others accurately,and realize the barrier-free communication of hearing-language barrier groups.
