Crawler crane overall parameter design quality influence the whole machine layout and performance directly.At present,there havn't set of formulas which used for reference for the crawler crane overall parameter's determination. Through the the least squares method, taking the load as the basic parameter, reference existing sample, the linear judgment, the determination coefficient's computation and the significance examination, the article established overall parameter regression equations of crawler crane, which can forecast the crawler crane's overall parameter.The jib is the main part to receive force of large-scale crawler crane, which is the main content of in the crane design. Because jib design need large amount of design work, and the jib is one of the primary factors which immediately influence crane's performance. The article take the crawler crane's jib as the object of study, and analyze its stress condition and carries on the principle design to it by using mechanics knowledge and embarking from two kind of most typical operating modes which is the basic jib and the main jib. Finally the article established jib's cross-sectional area and load relations formula, jib's high&width and length relations formula, jib's dead weight and load relations formula. Moreover, the formulas are simplified by corresponding processing, which provided the reliable theory basis for jib's preliminary design.The article made the preliminary principle analysis for the luffing mechanism which composed to the derrick and the mast. The stugy provided help for the luffing mechanism.In the above theoretical analysis and in the computation foundation, a multi-purpose design software system is isestablished based on Visual Basic2005. The software system infer the correlation formula computation, the jib's convention design calculation, the prototypical parameter inquiry, the regression equation solution and the regression curve plan. The software system also can link Matlab and the Word dynamically, which have the function of computation, drawing and storage and have the characteristics of friendly interface and convenient operation.The above work provided a kind of feasible methods for the crawler crane overall parameter's determination and the jib geometric parameter design, which maked the project work order, and enhanced completeness and the independency of the project work.. |
