The power load management system focuses on the strengthening of information management comprehensively, which is a integrated real-time load information acquisition, analysis and processing in one system including a variety of functions such as load control, remote automatic reading, load analysis and forecasting of electricity, electric larceny monitor calibration power meter, power quality management, power management and marketing, demand side management. The creation of power load management system for large users is necessary for load-site management and remote automatic meter reading, to improve the power monitoring and load management, to provide important technical support for strengthen the demand side management. It plays a major significance for release the contradiction between power supply and demand.Today, China has built one of the biggest power supply networks in the world, the power consumption and the way of using the power changed a lot. The power load management system improved the power management and the business more and more. As an important link in the system, data source - the power load management terminal, it will also play an increasingly important role. The normal power load management terminal's function is very simple , with the increasing level of power management, the power load management system functionality increasing constantly expanding range of applications in order to meet the requests of different users, power load management terminal should be extendable and configurable, also, it should have large data storage and management capabilities; because of their poor working conditions, it also should be good enough on stability, reliability, anti-interference, etc.In this paper, we have proposed a functional and performance objective according to the demand of the power load management system, and on this basis, we demonstrates the overall design program of terminal power load management. The program uses a modular design concept and is divided into control module, display module, input and output modules, sampling modules and communication modules. Different modules can be flexible combination accordance with need, which reflects the excellent performance of the new program, the communication module is designed as the general hardware interface, also the software application interface is self-adaptive. Meanwhile, for large users, since electricity load management system have some disadvantages, such as remote automatic meter reading numerous collection points, collecting more than the amount of data and curve data for many days the amount of data of great features, this article proposed and implemented the system design of NAND Flash based on embedded file, making the system more secure, effective and convenient collection and analysis of user data. This solved the high cost and poor stability problems caused by using the back-up battery to keep the date in the external RAM.This paper discusses an example of a complete NAND Flash-based load management terminal to achieve the design and the terminal system has been tested, results show that the performance and functions all have achieved the power load management system requirements of general technical conditions. This design have applicated in a number of power system, the application results shows that it can effectively solve the scalability poor, the problem of insufficient capacity and improve the efficiency of product development, making remote monitoring and control points more reliable data acquisition, real-time, configuration more flexible, able to adapt the development of China's electric power load management system.
