| In this paper,the Tunpu is a peculiar vernacular dwelling form,and it is originated in collecting field movement,which was launched by ZhuYuanZhang emperor in the early Ming Dynasty.There were different geographical environments and the armies brought different cultures,entertainments, lifestyles and modes of productions from their hometowns, so there were many different Tunpu vernacular dwelling and culture have formed in the different areas of garrison.But only Anshun Tunpu in the centre of Guizhou province is selected for the research in this papaer.Firstly, because of the special geographical location caused a high density of the Tunpu in central Guizhou, according to historical records, the central Guizhou is the largest concentration of the Tunpu in southwest of China;Secondly,the Tunpu in central Guizhou is very unique feature,and high degree of integration of national logos and Geographical features,and it is different from other Tunpus,which were built mostly by the local residential patterns in other areas. Thirdly, geographical remoteness caused Tunpu culture stagnant, but it also made the Tunpu in central Guizhou survived from wars, escaped from the the fate of the most Tunpu were die out,and was able to survive in the political gulf for hundreds of years,finally Anshun Tunpu has became the last one far from the Ming Dynasty. By studying the unique regional characteristics of architectural pattern and the culture in Anshun Tunpu,we can see the rich and diverse historical relics form the Ming Dynasty to Modern times.The main method is the combination of literature search and empirical investigation in the studying of this thesis.This paper based on analysising of natural conditions and culture environment and throughing a large number of fields research, in order to analyse and summarize Anshun Tunpu vernacular dwelling's settlements, architectures, construction material technologies and decorative features relying on examples, extract Tunpu vernacular dwelling's architectural features, produce some revelations for the creation of modern regional architecture in the future.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is intruduction,which briefly explain on the topics, subject of investigate, purpose,significance,and range of research.In the second chapter, central Guizhou Anshun Tunpu vernacular dwelling's natural and cultural background is firstly and briefly introduced(including the origin of Tunpu people and Tunpu culture,physical geography,history culture,local custom,religion,and the brief history about vernacular dwelling,etc.),in order to find the geographical characteristics and cultural origins about buldings, and then detailed analysis the characteristics of Tunpu's settlements in outer space;The space and moulding feature in different types of the Tunpu vernacular dwelling are detailed analyzed in the third and fourth chapter.The construction technology(including Materials selection,types of jobs,tools, Construction process, building size, building customs and tabooes ), decorative features and cultural connotations of Tunpu vernacular dwelling are introduced in the fifth chapter.In the sixth chapter, author try to take the extant Tunpu vernacular dwellings for examples to find the Tunpu vernacular dwelling's soul(including Architecture, architectural culture, traditional materials and techniques, the layout of camp space, interior space model and the disposition of feature space, etc. ), which can be used for referencing and carring forward. Finally,summery complete text,and raise the prospect for the future.In short,today the technologies innovate fastly and continuously,and the cultures exchange more internationally, in the conditions of unique historical background and profound national culture details,Anshun Tunpu forms the unique folk architecture and culture,which is a rare treasure.Deeply researching Anshun Tunpu vernacular dwelling has some important significances not only on the inheritance and development of traditional architectural culture,but also on the creation of modern regional architecture. |
