| Urban rail transit has become an indispensable part of urban traffic, especially in the city which with big traffic pressure and not easy to build subway construction. The common public transportation has presented sorts of defects, such as Lacking of security, traffic jam, weak passenger capacity and time-consuming, etc. Urban rail transit is now the most innovative urban transportation and the most suitable travel tools. At present, urban monorail transportation equipment is mainly used in Japan. The equipment of the 2th rail transit line of Chongqing is the only urban rail equipment which imported from Japan. The relevant core technology is in localized and tested stage. There is no standard available because urban monorail transportation equipment in China are brought in mostly. Only parts of content can refer to the relevant domestic industry standard. There is no one has mastered the key technology, design and development ability, specifications and technical standards related to urban monorail transit system testing and maintenance in China. The key inspection, maintenance and maintain equipments of Chongqing urban rail transit 2th line are import and imitation simply. This project aims to develop vehicle bogie of light rail comprehensive test-bed, which is the key inspection and maintenance equipment with independent intellectual property. Thereby promote the development of urban monorail transportation equipment industry.As the rail transit core component, the performance of bogie is directly related to the safety and stable. So bogies must undergo strict test before putting into use. In the process of test, the simulation of the actual condition plays a key role for the accuracy and effectiveness of test results. The actual conditions of the vehicle bogies are accurately simulated mainly by hydraulic system of vehicle bogies of light rail comprehensive test-bed. At the same time, hydraulic control process was played a direct role in the most of the experiments.A hydraulic drive and control system of vehicle bogie of light rail comprehensive test-bed which can simulate actual operation situation was designed. A hydraulic system was build according to the test parameters and test method. The hydraulic system was controlled accurately by using the electro-hydraulic proportional key technology and a safety and reliability of hydraulic system was designed for the test. Based on the hydraulic system, using AMESim simulation software to model and simulate, and achieved good effect. |
