With the dwindling oil resources and deteriorating environment, research and develop of Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) and it's associated core technologies have become the focal point of the National Tenth Five-Year Plan and National "863" Plan, which is also very important in the national medium and long-term technology development plan. Under the support of the national "863"project, the Chang An Automotive Corporation carries out research and development of ISG hybrid electric vehicle. In order to get a good energy saving and emission reduction performance, it must match and control the parameters of each system, and need to monitor and analyze the parameters of hybrid power system in research. Now, the HEV make the CAN-Bus (Controller Area Network) as the vehicle controller, so it can research and develop a remote data supervisory system of HEV by the GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) wireless network and CAN-Bus technology, which could come over the difficulty of the limits to the distance and area of conventional On-site diagnosis system; Moreover, it develops the protocol setting module that makes the CANdb module of CANalyzer system as the origin to solve the problem that the monitor-diagnosis system cannot adapt the change of the data protocol, making a big progress on the common use and convenience of fault diagnosis system, meeting the needs of data analysis and parameters supervisory of HEV project.To be the important part of 863 Project, this paper has mainly carried out the following research work:①Through analyzing the design requirements, making use of the CAN-Bus to collect vehicle operating parameters, proposing the remote data supervisory system of HEV based on the GPRS wireless communications technology.②Based on the requirements of the remote data supervisory system of HEV, this paper selects and design the master chip, GPRS wireless module, CAN control chip and so on.③To make the programming of GPRS initialization module, network connection module, data transmission module and serial data receiver module based on eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0.④To design the data processing software based on Delphi7, achieve the function of remote data reception, data processing, data redisplay and data protocol setting.⑤In the simulate experiment which use the notebook as the simulate vehicle data emission source, this system runs steadily and receives data precisely, and during the process of data redisplay, the data could display intuitively and conveniently. The protocol setting module also can fit the change of the protocol and give the help of data processing effectively, it meet the requirements of the program.
