With the continuous development of social economy and urbanization,the demand of water resource in Wuhu City is getting bigger,the contradiction between supply and demand is increasing,the overall level of water resource development and utilization and the utilization efficiency is low,and the waste phenomenon is serious.At present,there is an urgent need to properly allocate and exploit various types of water resources,so as to solve the contradiction between water supply and demand in Wuhu City.This paper begins with the background and significance of research on multi-objective planning of water resources.The research progress is introduced and the research idea is clarified.Based on the general situation of Wuhu,this paper discusses and analyzes the present situation and problems of Wuhu water resources development and utilization.The basic method of water demand prediction is discussed.Combined with the actual situation,index analysis method,exponential model prediction method and grey model prediction method are used to study water resource demand prediction,the domestic water demand,industrial water demand,agricultural water demand and ecological water demand are calculated respectively.According to the relevant data,water supply and demand balance is analyzed,and is chosen to be the general configuration plan.Due to the complexity and uncertainty of water resources,when the mathematical model is established based on the basic principles of water use in this paper,economic objectives,social objectives,ecological and environmental objectives are taken into account.Starting from the water body,considering the water contradiction between the main bodies,the content of water subject satisfaction is chosen to be the core,the objective function is transformed into the linear satisfaction and nonlinear satisfaction function based on the water subject by the membership degree function.The model was established by studying the maximum of regional comprehensive satisfaction and the minimum equilibrium coefficient of the sub region satisfaction.The model solving method and the model coefficient solution are explained in detail.At the end of the research,the multi-objective genetic algorithm function of MATLAB optimization toolbox is used to solve the model.The research results show that by comparing the the result of optimization scheme and conventional scheme,the results of optimization scheme are superior to those of conventional schemes in the comprehensive satisfaction area and the equilibrium coefficients of the sub region satisfaction.The optimization scheme is more helpful for understanding the satisfaction of each water subject and giving more balanced optimization of operation of various water departments,which is of practical significance to optimal dispatching of Wuhu water resources.
