In recent years, China's road transport has rapidly developed. From 1988 the first high-speed highway Hujia was completed, to the end of 2009, the mileage jumped from 0 to 65,000 kilometers, ranked second in the world. It has made brilliant achievements. The rapid growth of highway mileage, making maintenance and management will become the focus of highway construction and development. Maintenance tasks are so increasingly heavy that mechanized maintenance becomes the important way of highway maintenance. Layout of the Conservation sites, determines the uniformity of maintenance tasks' distribution, the utilization rate of maintenance equipment, conservation work can be well completed on time. Therefore, the research of Highway Maintenance sites' reasonable layout has great practical significance.Rational distribution system of the Conservation sites in this thesis, can propose a strong pointed and reasonable plan according to the actual situation which entered by the user. Besides, it can give the advice of maintenance equipment configuration according to the actual needs of sites, which gives expression to the science and rationality of the Maintenance site layout and equipment configuration.The paper has completed tasks as follows:1,According to the different maintenance tasks, this paper has set up different level conservation sites, analyzed the major effect factor and the actual way of expression on economy, contingency and convenience. Based on the emphasis point of all levels of site, it has established different mathematical model, drawn up the reasonable constraints, and given the correct solution separately. According to the actual situation of the road network and the influence factors of device configuration, gives the suitable configuration of the maintenance site.2,Taking the theory above as support, using the perfect software engineering ideas, it has designed the rational distribution system for highway maintenance site. In full knowledge of highway network in Shaanxi province, according to the business processes of highway maintenance departments, has extracted the user's actual needs, completed the needs analysis. In this system's designing process, firstly, got the general design and the system's logic chart, designed function modules to achieve users' needs. UML modeling clearly demonstrates the sequence of operation of each functional module and specific process. The rational design of site and equipment databases have provided a good background support for the system.3,With Windows 2003 Server operating system, Visual Studio 2005 development platform, SQL Server 2005 database, ASP.NET technology and C# language, B/S three-tier structure, has completed system development, which finished the system coding, implemented each functional module and related documents.4,Take the highway network in Shanxi province as an example to verify the feasibility and rationality of the system.
