As the complexity of ship systems and multi-variety characteristics of small batch, these make organization of production process complex. At present, shipyard production scheduling still bases on experience decisions condition.It is necessary to formulate the year, month, and day programs, also need daily co-ordination. However, loose phenomenon often happens in the pace of work of shipyard. Obviously, modern highly efficiency production process urgently needs quota auxiliary decision system assistance.This study for many shipyards of the Pearl River Delta is questioned to solve the broblem of production bottleneck formed by sub-yard over-stretched in the process of ship construction. This article researches in dynamic scheduling system and production process optimization, including: because of the complexity of product scheduling problem, firstly unifying the partition production process characteristic to conduct the optimal research to partition production decision; and then solving the body section dump site dynamic scheduling problem to take the breach again, further analyzing the partition dump site physical distribution model; then based on multi-variety ships and partition types, conducting the synthetic study to the partition dump site multi-scheduling of resources question; finally realizing software system's design to above goals.The main work of this paper includes:(1) To study the main line section yard, extending upstream and downstream sub-processes, combining with manpower and equipment resources and ANP-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to optimize the production process and to study the sub-objective dynamic scheduling model of production and optimization.(2) Modeling study based on logistics yard section of the hull, taking into account the yard sub-processing process, combining with sub-manufacturing agenda (including foreign co-factory) to study the sub-flow model for dynamic scheduling yard and the objective function.(3) Combining the above study, based on more variety and more ships and a variety of sub-types, using critical chain method of sub-yard and more comprehensive to study resource scheduling problem and providing the hull section dynamic dispatching yard.(4) Proposing software system design to achieve these goals, simulating and dynamic programming scheduling process optimization. Based on Access and SQL database, the paper used to operate AutoCAD VB platform, build hull blocks yard logistics scheduling and process optimization platform, including the graphical display of dynamic scheduling program analysis results.
