In the process of hull construction,the time spent in stages accounted for about one third of the total time spent in ship construction.The standard operating cycle of different types of segments varies greatly.In the process of segment construction,the idea of hull block construction should be adopted to ensure that similar types of segments are manufactured in the same area as far as possible,so as to ensure the continuous and balanced production rhythm.In actual production activities,the scheduling of sub-workshop usually depends on the experience of field managers,which often leads to the occurrence of delays such as confusion of jig frame placement selection and inadequate utilization of jig frame placement resources.Therefore,reasonable allocation of workshop jig frame placement resources,rational planning and management of production scheduling process by stages are of great significance to improve the efficiency of ship construction.This paper takes the production scheduling optimization problem of hull section workshop as the research object,aiming at finding the optimal scheduling scheme of section through the research of this problem,so as to achieve the goal of rational allocation and optimal use of jig frame placement resources.The main research work is as follows:(1)This paper expounds the main process,intermediate products and the idea of separate construction under the modern shipbuilding mode,studies the pull-type planning system under the lean production of ships,and on this basis discusses the balanced,rhythmic and timely production mode in lean shipbuilding.(2)This paper makes a demand analysis on the optimization of production scheduling in stages from the point of view of the importance of jig frame placement resources,group loading and enterprises.Based on the characteristics of block shop scheduling optimization,a block production scheduling optimization model for hull shop is established,which satisfies the demand of block pull plan,taking the highest average utilization rate of jig position resources and the best balance degree of jig position resources in a certain period of time as the bi-objective function.(3)On the basis of explaining the principle of standard genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm,a hybrid algorithm combining the two algorithms is proposed to solve the optimization model of sectional production scheduling.The specific application of the algorithm in this model is designed in detail,including individual coding and decoding operator calculation,fitness value calculation,genetic operation,annealing operation and so on.(4)Based on a shipyard's actual sectional scheduling scheme,simulated annealing genetic algorithm(SAGA)is programmed in MATLAB language to solve the optimization of sectional production scheduling in hull workshop under the constraints of time and space coupling.The optimal Gantt chart and the resource utilization distribution of jig frame position are obtained.In order to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm,the same data is imported into standard genetic algorithm for iterative calculation.Through comparison,it is concluded that the hybrid algorithm studied in this paper is reasonable and feasible for solving the optimization problem of hull workshop production scheduling.
