The high-speed development of our national economy at the same time, also led to the development of the construction industry, the construction scale expands gradually, accelerating the process of city in our country. Construction industry in China's national economy in the proportion of very large, which accounts for more than sixty percent of the total construction area of residential buildings, to achieve sustainable economic development, we must implement the building energy. With the continuous development of social economy, the energy saving of residential building is determined by the rationality of energy saving design. Therefore, it is very important to study and analyze the influence of energy saving design. Along with the continuous growth of social economy, the people's comfort requirements are also higher and higher, such as the further improvement of indoor temperature in winter and the decrease of indoor temperature in summer.At present, it is the two main directions of the research on the thermal performance and energy saving of the city central heating system. In the process of development, China has accumulated a lot of experience. The building energy efficiency has been improved from 1980-1981's building energy saving standard to 65%. The individual urban areas have already begun to implement the 75% building energy efficiency standards. The energy saving design standard of our country is designed according to the five thermal regions, but it needs to be further studied by the regional technical personnel in the same area.This paper based on hot summer and cold winter area of Hangzhou regional residential status of the architectural energy-saving design, reference Hangzhou climate and architectural features, in accordance with the relevant provisions, through a variety of methods, starting from a different point of view, to live in Hangzhou area in the construction of energy-efficient design factors of in-depth analysis, and put forward the specific measures of optimizing Hangzhou residential building energy efficiency design in view of the above research status, and with specific case studies of the construction of Hangzhou residential building energy-saving 65% technique system, in Hangzhou area residential building energy-saving design standards for the preparation to provide reference information.
