| Solving the problems of conflict is the most important factor of product design. The only way for us to make sure our design become more scientificalness and rationality is according to the requirements of customer in our design process and solving the problems of conflict we met. Our remanufacturing field had a deep increasing development because of a group of experts just like Xu Bin-shi nowadays. The major research of remanufacturing focus on the application of process and the framework of remanufacturing, but the study of design for remanufacturing appears less currently. So it is necessary to enhance the study of design for remanufacturing filed. At the same time, solving the conflict we met in our product design is the best way to make our remanufacturing product become more advantage to traditional product.This paper raises a method which is based on Quality Function Deployment (QFD),Axiomatic Design(AD) and Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems (TRIZ) to solve design conflict problem and give transmission as an example to verify its scientificalness.Based on QFD to get the needs of customer, and analyze it in order to get the importance sequence of design elements of remanufacturing. Based on AD as a tool to build a design matrix, and then distinguish whether the coupling exist or not, if the coupling exist then using TRIZ to find out the point of problem and using the Altshuller Matrix or Matrix 2003 to solve. According to the result of TRIZ analysis to reset new design parameters to make sure the design matrix has no coupling.When the above method has been built, then put it into practice by the example of vehicle transmission and eliminate the design conflict of vehicle transmission remanufacturing. |
