Research On Layout Planning And Simulation Of Car Automatic Transmission Assembly Line

With the automatic transmission market increased competition, manufacturers force to change the automatic transmission and the production form to short production cycle. The automatic transmission on the transmission assembly line manufacturing layout planning and simulation play a very important role.The layout in the planning and design of the assembly line, assembly line layout and line balancing automatic transmission assembly line directly affect the work efficiency and product quality. Because it is difficult to manufacture automatic transmission assembly line in the actual performance parameters under conditions to make the right judgments, it need simulation to evaluate automatic transmission assembly line layout.This paper analyzes the automatic transmission's internal structure and assembly principles, the development of automatic transmission assembly sequence. Described the layout of the assembly line equipment arrangement ,the theory of balance and the basic characteristics and main parameters. It designs the automatic transmission assembly line and logistics system. Finally, we use simulation software to simulate the automatic transmission assembly line and set up the assembly line model of three-dimensional layout.
