Through the design for control system of shield machine test-bed test the correctness of the control process in a comprehensive inspection. Relying on extensive research in the relevant literature and based on the combination of hydraulic systems, classical control strategy, PLC control and system simulation features in order to " The Design and Research for the Control System of Shield Machine Test-bed "as the subject.The electro-hydraulic servo control system for the shield test-bed machine has been designed in this paper. Designed the overall hydraulic control system, selected the electro-hydraulic proportional control valve to achieve the propulsion system closed-loop control. Determined the main structure for the hydraulic servo control system, calculated the basic parameters of the main hydraulic components and selected the component selection, provided a theoretical basis for structuring the test bedDesigned the control panel for the Shield machine test-bed and used the PLC control system for the servo system. Finished PLC selection and I/O address assignment. Programed the system flow chart and diagram and compiling and debugging it. After modulation, the program can be test on the shield machine sequence control hydraulic system to achieve predetermined control requirements.Designed the electro-hydraulic servo control system structure for propulsion system of the shield machine test-bed, set up the mathematical model for each component and overall system, calculated the linear coefficient for the system operating point and got the system open and closed loop transfer function.Establish a simulation model by using MATLAB and simulink toolbox,verified system stability, steady-state error analysis , time domain and frequency domain analysis. By the simulation, showed the system has good dynamic and static performance, speed, stability, good accuracy, verifed the reliability of the system.
