Because of the uncertainty factors of the building environment and the particularity of engineering projects, deep foundation pit engineering cause security incidents. Therefore, it have become an urgent issue to study of how to minimize damage to the environment and curb the deep foundation pit engineering incidents.First of all, the deep foundation pit engineering incidents data is collected, I analysis statistically the incidents by the responsible parties. Describe the six forms of the pit accidents of supporting structure system damagement. Focus on the the deep foundation pit engineering accidents occurred, I analysis the responsibilities of the survey unit, design unit, the construction unit, the supervision unit and investor unit in there.Second, summarize the deep foundation pit engineering safety evaluation of the common basic method, and point out that the methods have benefits and shortcomings. Point out that the present safety methods are not considered of the evaluation of environmental factors. And then, absorbing the mentality of the life cycle assessment, I propose that the concepts of the deep pit life cycle safety assessment (LCSA) and build the deep pit life cycle assessment system. The assessment system includes: the purposes and principles of life cycle security evaluation, the assessment standards, the evaluation indicators, the weight, the calculation methods and criteria. Combining the deep foundation pit engineering of the hillock regeneration plant in shenzhen (9.5 meters), I analysis it by the life cycle safety assessment. Finally, point out that the shortage of the study and further work with a brief discussion.
