With the power electronics and control technology continues to evolve, AC frequencyconversion speed technology replaced the DC Speed Control Technology has been widelyused in the dragging fields; Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is powerful,easy to useand high reliability, has often been used as a field data collection and device control.ï¼›Configuration software is a software tool that users can customize the function, can developthe friendly man-machine interface on the pc machine, achieve to remote monitoring andcontrol field devices.In this paper, we use the three-phase induction motor as a controlled object, combinedwith PLC, Frequency converter and Configuration software technology to develop and designa test system about the variety control method of the motor's VVVF. The main contentsinclude: A brief description of the Frequency converter 's structure,described the PLC and itscomposition and the functions of various parts,described the configuration software'scomposition and featuresï¼›analyzed the link between Panasonic PLC and PC machineï¼›in-depth understanding the working principle of PLC,AC motor variable frequency speedcontrol principle and the inverter speed control principleï¼›developed and designed three waysof motor control of VVVF: Hattan-speed control,Stepless speed adjustment based on thePID,stepless speed control based on fuzzy control, gives the control program and thepreparation of PLC control ladder Figure procedure, designed the connection between thehardware, built a monitoring interface in the configuration software .Through the experimental system is designed to enable students to deepen theirunderstanding of the principle of frequency conversion speed regulationï¼›further master the application of PLC technologyï¼›able to skillfully carry out PLC programming; rightlyestablish communication between PC and PLC and the link between PLC and PC; skilled useof configuration software to build man-machine monitoring interface,thus able to have amore in-depth understanding of PLC control technology,have a more clear and intuitiveunderstanding of remote monitoring.
