The main research results are as follows:(1) According to the connotation of the water resources carrying capacity and the characteristics of Shanxi Province, according to the analysis of the water resources carrying capacity index system requirements, the final selection efficiency of water resources, water supply module, water, land, utilizing the modulus of authors and per capita water supply six factors analysis to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity.(2) Through a comparative study of the advantages and disadvantages of the methods of the water resources carrying capacity, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate analysis.
