In the domestic terminal power distribution products, combined substations which are widely applied, have become the important power distribution equipment in the terminal of power supply network. With the rapid development of domestic economies, regional economies show more dependence to the power and more requirements to the power reliability. The function of unattended, reliability, security and remote management has become the inevitable developing trend of power distribution system of combined substation。In this paper, we deal with the real project of " intelligent combined substation" in high-tech industrial park of the company. Based on the comprehensive research on domestic and abroad developments of power distribution system of combined substation, the author use the latest developing industrial control technology to study intelligent power distribution system of combined substation and develop it through the modeling design. By the testing results, the author found that the design of the intelligent power distribution system satisfy various requirements of customers with the characteristic of safe, stable, reliable running, full function and easy operation. The main research work is as follows:Firstly, to begin with the conventional combined substation analyzing system, the author builds a solution model. Based on the model, the author will do the research on high-voltage, transformers, low voltage, reactive power compensation systems of power distribution system and analyze the basic conditions and requirements of intelligent implementation technology.Secondly, with the establishment of intelligent solutions, the author adopted intelligent power distribution system based on intelligent field bus technology by which to complete the collection of data for high pressure, transformers, low voltage, reactive power compensation. And then carry out the analysis and process of data with PLC (programmable logic controller). Application and development of modern industrial control technologies such as PLC technology, industrial control software and field bus intelligent products facilitate the solution of intelligent power distribution system of combined substation. Integrating the above industrial control products, we analyze intelligent power distribution system introducing parallel and modular analysis and elaborate the intelligent implementation program of every sub-system involving high voltage power distribution, transformer power distribution, low voltage power distribution and reactive power compensation. The research, analysis and design of every subsystem intelligent implementation helps the overall achievement of intelligent power distribution based on field bus technology. Fieldbus based intelligent power distribution system has functions for intelligent running, "four remote", statistics and analysis, the more limited police protection, emergency and extension.Thirdly, based on the analysis of each power distribution system of combined substation and the specific requirements of acquisition, detection, transmission and control of system data, the hardware construction plan of intelligent power distribution will be given, while elaborate the specific application of PROFIBUS field bus, S7 -300 type of industrial PLC, smart power distribution bus data acquisition devices, HMI human-machine interface, industrial control software in the intelligent power distribution system.Fourthly, after building the hardware platform, design the software of intelligent power distribution system. Follow the structured programming language design principles, the control tasks of every subsystem will be refined and then follow the control process of writing and debugging software programs to complete the whole program design and form a complete intelligent software distribution system.Finally, according to the actual commissioning data of the project, the author analyzed and summarized the combined substation intelligent distribution system factory test debugging, system commissioning test method, parameter setting and the "four remote," the parameters and data, system software and hardware problems dealing with failure analysis.The actual operation of the system and debugging shows that the system can achieve the targets required to run in a smart, safe, stable, reliable mode and operate flexibly and conveniently to reach the users'expectation.In this paper, the author uses the field bus technology to achieve the solution of combined substation intelligent power distribution system whose hardware equipment has a wide range of industrial applications base. Combined with intelligent power distribution system theory, it is possible to develop intelligent power distribution system of combined substation using industrial control product. It is acceptable for the most enterprises. So it is a popular solution in the reference combined substation intelligent programs, since the program has the lower threshold of the intelligent, but the overall level of intelligent power distribution has been improved to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises largely. Research of this paper has both theoretical significance and practical application value. At the same time, intelligent power distribution system can improve the quality of power distribution system to ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment, improve economic efficiency and operation management of power supply companies, and save energy and reduce waste, which will have a good social and economic benefit.
