This study aims to ensure stable production and solve problems of low biological efficiency of Brazil mushroom in northeast China because of no suitable raw material. And another purpose is to solve environmental pollution problems caused by agricultural waste cod and cow dung in northeast China. The content of this research were: Screening of Agaricus blazei Murrill strains, preparation and fermentation of production material, field growth test of Agaricus blazei Murrill, determination of polysaccharide content and the optimal fermentation formula ingredient. Results: Brazil mushroom fungus strain 1 was screened in this experiment for the following tests. The wheat grain medium was used for primary strain culture, the various indicators of fermentation material, biological efficiency, and polysaccharide content were used to determine the optimal formula as follows: 97% stable materials(70% corn cob + 20% cattle slurry + 10% bran) and 3% adjutant materials(1% calcium superphosphate + 1% gypsum + 1% lime). The high biological efficiency groups were screened by filed tests as: formula 6(47.69%) >formula 2(28.62%) >formula 4(24.86%). Polysaccharide content of the three groups were: formula 6(19.24mg/g) > formula 4(14.07mg/g) > formula 2(11.64mg/g). Agaricus blazei Murrill mycelium growth rate was satisfactory, the mushroom were of good quality, its biological efficiency could reach above 40%. This study shows that corn cobs and cow dung can be used to plant Agaricus blazei Murrill in heilongjiang province.
