| The comparison trials of thirteen flue-cured tobacco varieties, and their main character including agronomic trait, economic characters, botanical traits the resistance to disease, as well as appearance quality and inherent quality of original tobacco were compared and analyzed, and the comprehensive evaluation of middle leaf appearance quality and sensory quality and chemical composition. The results showed that:1. Their dates of growth and development show that:msZhongyan203×Yunyan87 is the shortest and followed by Zhongyan90xmsYunyan87, msYunyan87xZhongyan103 and Zhongyan90xmscoker176, msYunyan87xXT11-1 is the longest, overall the disease incidence of all varieties is relatively low.2.Comprehensive various agronomic traits, Zhongyan90xmsYunyan87, ms Yunyan 87xZhongyan 103, ms coker 176×XT 11-1, ms Yunyan 87xXT 11-1, ms coker 176x Zhongyan 103 is stronger than the control, the ms Yunyan 87xZhongyan 103 is the best.3. The chemical composition show that:total sugar content is on the high side and re-ducing sugar is on the low side. Chlorine content, total nitrogen content and total nicotine content in basic quality requirements of the leaves. The qualities of original tobacco show that:the chemical composition of msYunyan87xZhongyan 103, Zhongyan 90xms Yunyan 87, ms Zhongyan 203xYunyan 87, SC 12xms Yunyan 87, ms coker 176xZhongyan 103 is coordinated.4. The economic characters show that:their yield and production value of ms coker 176xXT 11-1 is the highest and the ms Zhongyan 203× Yunyan 87 is the lowest. The pro-portion of superior tobacco SC 12xms Yunyan 87 is higher than the control. The average price of SC 12×ms Yunyan 87 is the highest, followed by Yunyan 97, ms Yunyan 87xZT 99, ms Yunyan 87xZhongyan 103, ms Zhongyan 203×Yunyan 87.5. From the appearance quality of all the varieties, ms Yunyan 87xZhongyan 103, ms Yunyan 87xXT 11-1, SC 12xms Yunyan 87, ms Yunyan 87xZT 99 is good, followed by ms coker 176xZT 99, ms coker 176xXT 11-1, mscoker 176xZhongyan 103 and the Yun yan 97 is the worst.6. Through the canonical correlation coefficients significant test of middle leaf appea-rance quality and sensory quality and chemical composition, The results showed that:The-re is a correlation between them, but the relationship between them is different, sensory qu-ality and chemical composition is most closely, follow by appearance quality and chemical composition. Leaf structure, oil, color, pungent, sweet feeling, sugar, nicotine, nitrogen, p-otassium plays an important role in the relationship between the set of indicators.7. Through subjective weighting method, the composite score of middle leaf appear-ance quality and sensory quality and chemical composition. The results showed that:the score of ms Yunyan 87xZhongyan 103, Zhongyan 90xms Yunyan 87, SC 12xms Yunyan 87 was better than other varieties, the Scores were 68.46 and 67.75 and 66.24, Yunyan 97 was the lowest, scored 57.05 and ranked 12. By objective weighting method and the right to empowerment for Grey Relational analysis show that:the top three are Zhongyan 90* ms Yunyan 87, ms Yunyan 87×Zhongyan 103 and ms coker 176×ZT 99, the same weight correlation of Yunyan97 was ranked 13 and the weighted correlation of Yunyan97 was ran-ked 14. Based on the above two evaluation methods, we believe that, at the same level, co-comprehensivize character performance of ms Yunyan 87xZhongyan 103 and Zhongyan 90x ms Yunyan 87 is the best, overall performance is better than Yunyan 97.
