Located in the south of Sichuan Province,Liangshan Prefecture has a mild climate and it is an important tobacco production base in Sichuan.This paper takes the tobacco leaves of Liangshan Prefecture in 2010-2017 as the research object,and collects the quality traits and chemical composition of the upper,middle and lower leaves of Liangshan Prefecture in the past 8 years.Descriptive statistical analysis,canonical correlation analysis,principal component analysis are performed on the appearance quality,chemical composition and sensory quality of the upper,middle and lower leaves,respectively,using descriptive statistical analysis to try to draw the development trend of Liangshan Prefecture tobacco leaves in the past 8 years.Or regularity,using typical correlation analysis and principal component analysis to obtain important factors or components that affect the quality of tobacco leaves in the quality traits of Liangshan Prefecture.The main findings are as follow:1.From the results of descriptive statistical analysis,it can be seen that in the appearance quality index,the identity score of the upper,middle and lower leaves is relatively stable in recent years.In the chemical composition index,the content of potassium and nitrogen in the upper leaves are relatively stable.The content of starch and total nicotine in the middle and lower leaves are relatively stable in recent years.In the sensory quality indicators,only the softness,fineness,roundness and dryness of the upper leaves are relatively stable,and the sensory quality indicators of the middle and lower leaves are not obvious.2.According to the results of canonical correlation analysis,the total sugar content and nicotine content have great influence on the color,oil content and identity index of tobacco leaf appearance quality;the chemical composition of carbohydrate and the content of potassium have great effect on the sensory quality of tobacco leaves.It include that the quality of aroma,the quantity of aroma and the aftertaste indicator;the oil content and the color of tobacco leaves have a great influence on tobacco leaf evaluation index that after baking.It include the quality of aroma,the quantity of aroma,fineness and dryness.3.In this experiment,only the chemical constituents of the upper,middle and lower leaves are analyzed by principal component analysis.The first main component of the upper,middle and lower leaves mainly represent the content of total sugar,and the second main component of the upper and middle leaves mainly represent the content of chlorine.The second main component of the lower leaves mainly represents the content of potassium,it indicate that the content of total sugar has the greatest influence on the quality of tobacco leaves,followed by the content of potassium and chlorine.
