| The experiment was conducted to study the influence of soybean on sows and piglets" performance and immunoreaction . 12 sows were randomly divided into 3 groups , each group consisted of 4 sows .During the gestation and lactation period , the first and second groups were fed diet SBM( including soybean), the third group was fed diet COM (non-including soybean ) ..The piglets were offered a prestarter from day 7. and piglets were weaned at the age of 28 day . The experiment was ended at the age of 35 day . The piglets of the third group were fed diet MP (milk protein).the piglets of the second groups were fed diet HS (raw soybean ) and the first group were fed diet HS (high pressure soybean ). At the age of K 7^ 28^ 35, the experiment was conducted to determine the body-weight and feeding'consumption , and compute ADG and F/G . At the age of 1 > 7> 28, 35 , the experiment was conducted to determine the allergic factors' antibody titer of serum . At the age of day 35 , the skin tests was conducted to determine the piglets' immunity .RllSllltS :The influence on sows' progenitive character . there was no significant difference in the progenitive number of litter between groups (P > 0.05) ; on initial body weight , the group of RS was higher than the other groups (P < 0.05) ,but there was no significant difference between groups HS and MP ; at the age of day 20 , there was no significant difference in the whole litter weight between groups (P > 0.05) , the group of MP was the highest ,and RS was the lowest.Before weaning , the ADG of week 1 were similar , there was no significant difference between groups (P > 0.05): During the week 2-4, the ADG in group RS was significant lower than groups MP and HS (P < 0.01) , there was no significant difference between groups MP and HS; During the week of 5 , there was significant difference betweengroups RS and the other groups (P < 0.01), there was no significant difference between groups US and MP;. but there was significant difference of F/G between groups RS and MP (P < 0.05 ) ,but there was no significant difference between HS and other groups?At the age of day 7,there was no significant difference of body weight between group MP and other groups (P > 0.05) . but there was significant difference between group RS and HS (P < 0.01); At the age of day 28 and 35 , the body weight of group RS was significant lower than groups MP and HS (P < 0.01), there was no significant difference between groups MP and HS.During the experiment period , there was a rule in the change of antibody titer. To antibody titer of glycinin , at birth , there was no significant difference between groups (P > 0.05 ); at the age of day 7,there was significant difference between groups M and RS^ HS(P < 0.05), there was no significant difference between groups RS and HS; At the age of day 28 and 35, there was significant difference between groups (P < 0.01 )0 the rule of antibody titer of P -conglycinin was same with glycinin.From day 1 to day 35. there was a increasing tendency in antibody titer .The skin test was conducted at the age of day 35 , there was no significant difference of erythema diameter between groups after injection . After the injection of glycinin . there was significant difference between groups (P < 0.01) . the same with P -conglycinin.The mortality of piglets changed with time . From day 1 to 7, there was no significant difference between groups (P > 0.05); From day 1 to 28 , there was significant difference between groups MP and RS (P < 0.01) ,there was no significant difference between groups RS and other groups (P > 0.05) ;From day 1 to 35, there was significant difference between group RS and other groups (P < 0.01) , but the dead rate of group HS was higher than group MP.
