Planting is an important part of the agricultural production.Only comply with the requirements of agricultural technology,it can lay a solid foundation for agricultural production increase.The vast majority of corn precision seeder of domestic use is mechanical seeder.Since the seeding process is subsequent follow-up closed operations,the seeder's operating situation cannot be directly observed by the manipulator.Especially there are some failures in the seeding process,such as drive failure,the kinds of box missing seeds,seeds guide tube blockage.It will inevitably lead to a decline in operation quality,seriously when even result in operation interruption.When the appeal phenomena are appearing,it will inevitably lead to a significant reduction in production.Through the basis of studying and analyzing on precision seeder monitoring system at home and abroad,we find it mostly focuses on the seed leakage and repeated sowing phenomena,then to raise the alarm.So it has certain limitation,and lack of monitoring for other technical parameters of the seeding machine operation process.To this end,this paper develops an intelligent monitoring system for the seeder seeding performance.This device not only raises the alarm when there are seed leakages and repeated sowing phenomena,as well as real-time display seeder seeding quantity,planting distance and other important indicators in the operation process.The system will use AT89C52 microcontroller as the master chip,and mainly complete the following tasks:First,Determine the overall design scheme of the precision seeder monitoring system,including hardware and software solutions.Based on the principle,monitoring methods of monitoring indicators will be determined.Second,Achieve its hardware circuit design,and complete the design function of the following modules:sensor information acquisition module,wireless transmission module,the master module,the alarm module and the display module.Its design process includes the selection of components and construction of the circuit.Third,C language is used to realize the software programming.In the process of programming,modular design will be used.It includes the main program,data processing subroutine,wireless transmission subroutine,sound and light alarm subroutine and display subroutine.Forth,the system interference is analyzed.The anti-jamming design will be carried on in two aspects of hardware and software,in order to improve system reliability and stability.Finally,through experiments,it is proved that errors are within permission which is in the permitted scope of the precision seeder monitoring system.
