| In recent years,the traditional sheep grazing model has been unable to meet the need of the grassland development because of the implementation of the policy of transforming cropland into grassland.So,the sheep industry should develop the mode of large-scale and captive breeding.It definitely promotes the demand of advanced sheep breeding facilities and smart equipment.At present,there is an urgent need for such a highly smart equipment sheep grouping system in our country.For the smart equipment,large-scale sheds of sheep are divided into groups not only by sex,breed and age,but also by the weight of sheep.At different stages of sheep breeding,they can be judged on the basis of the weight for the purpose of selling to the market,keeping them the basic ewes,or going on breeding.Precise feeding of sheep can improve the productivity of sheep.To the end,this dissertation designed a set of sheep smart weighing and grouping system,which was made up of one input passage and three output passages.The programmable controller is used as the intelligent control center,and the touch screen as the display and operation interface.The intelligent control system program is programmed using configuration software,and it connects the radio frequency identification device to read the information of sheep ear tag,and detects the walking position of sheep by two photoelectric switches.The weighing platform is made up of four high precision weighing sensors.A pneumatic cylinder is used for driving device to open/close the passage gates.In order to realize the fast sheep grouping according to the set weight parameters,the intelligent weighing grouping system with the switchable automatic/manual mode were developed.The upper computer software on the touch screen automatically records the sheep's ear label data in the weighing process.The experiment carried out in the sheep breeding farm shows that the system can achieve rapid weighing and grouping,and it can reach the goal for engineering application. |
