Cordyceps sinensis submerged fermentation for bioaccumulation of Se, Zn and Ge was studied in this paper according to its super ability of bioaccumulation of trace elements, and the mycelia enriched with Se, Zn and Ge were obtained. In this paper, the optimal fermenting conditions were worked out through orthogonal test and single factor test. The result of optimization is: potato 20%, glucose 2%, yeast extract 0.4%, KH2PO4 0.2%, MgSO4 0.15%,inoculation 5%,pH6.5, 120r/min, 25℃.The characters about the bioaccumulation of Zn, Se and Ge were investigated by single element and triple elements bioaccumulation, then the functional ingredients in the mycelia enriched with Zn, Se and Ge were analyzed. The extraction and purification of cordyceps polysacchride gave us its primary physical and chemical charactors. The result indicates that Cordyceps sinensis can accumulate Se, Zn and Ge simultaneously and efficiently, and these elements with optimal concentration can highly accelerate the mycelial growth.
