Studies On Liquid Culture And Zinc And Selenium Accumulation Effect Of Cordyceps Sinensis Sacc., Cordyceps Militaris Link And Agaricus Blazei

A study on liquid and Zinc and Selenium accumulation effect of Cordyceps sinensis(Beck.) Sacc.,Cordyceps militari(L.)Link and Agaricus blazei.Through single factor experiment on optimum carbon source,nitrogen source,cultural temperature and pH. Four factors and three levels experiment on optimum C/N. Six factors and two levels experiment on optimum inorganic salt and VB1. The result showed mat the optimum liquid culture conditions of Cordyceps sinensis (Beck.) Sacc. is (g/L): glocuse3.0, refined sugar 3.0, peptone1.0, compound amino acid powder 2.0, yeast extract 2.5, KH2PO4 1.0MgSO4.7H2O0.5,CaCl2.2H2O 0.5,FeSO4.7H2O 0.01, CuSO4.5H2O 0.001, VB1 0.1, pH6.5, optimum temperature 24 "C.Optimum liquid culture conditions of Cordyceps militari (L.) Link is (g/L): glocuse3.0, refined sugar 3.0, peptone2.0, beef extract1.0, yeast extract2.5, KH2PO41.0, MgSO4.7H2O 0.5, CaCl2.2H2O 0.5, VB1 0.1, pH5.5, optimum temperature 24 C. Optimum liquid culture conditions of Agaricus blazei is(g/L): sugarl.5, refined sugar 1.5, beef extract 4.0, KH2PO41.0, MgSO4.7H2O 0.5, CaCl2.2H2O 0.5, FeSO4.7H2O 0.01, VB10.1, pH5.5, optimum temperature 26 C.Study on Zinc and Selenium accumulation culture of mycelia showed that when 400mg/L inorganic Zinc(ZnSO4.7H2O) was added to liquid culture medium, the accumulation rate of Cordyceps sinensis (Beck.) Sacc.and Cordyceps militari (L.) Link is the highest 14.87%,17.13%. When 200mg/L inorganic Zinc (ZnSO4.7H2O) was added to liquid culture medium ,the accumulation rate of Agaricus blazei is the highest 14.61%. Added 40mg/L inorganic Selenium(Na2SeO3.5H2O) to liquid culture medium,the accumulation rate of Cordyceps sinensis (Beck.) Sacc. and Cordyceps militari (L.)
