In this experiment, the effect of girdling wide and girdling time on. soluble sugar, starch, soluble protein ,nitrogen, C/N and endogenous hormone in dongzao trees, was studied. The relationship between the different girdling and the nourishment of jujube tree was probed. The results were as follows:1. Different girdling effected the body growth. The growth was most obviously restrained by girdling 1.2cm before flowering(lC) than others. The second was gidling 1.2cm in full bloom(2C). According to the vegetative shoot of jujube, secondary shoot, shedding shoot of jujube, there were marked divergence, but the growth of different treatment in full bloom girdling were higher than those treatment before flowering girdling. The growth of leaf area of girdling 1.2cm in full bloom was the lowest.2. Different girdling didn't affect the content of soluble sugar and starch in leaves and vegetative shoot of jujube. But the trendency of sugar and starch of vegetative shoot was opposition to the trendency of leaves. Before July ,the starch content in shedding shoot of jujube before flowering girdling were higher than that in full bloom girdling. In secondary shoot and vegetative shoot of jujube, the total sugar content of treatment was different, girdling 0.6cm before flowering(lA) was higher than others. According to the total sugar and starch content in secondary shoot and vegetative shoot of jujube, divergence was not marked.3. The girdling changed the trendency of protein content of jujube trees, but divergence was not marked in the leaves in most time. Comparing before flowering girdling and in full bloom girding, the trendency of protein content in shedding shoot of jujube was different, and divergence was marked. The protein content of girdling 0.6cm in full bloom(2A) was higher than other treatment among secondary shoot and vegetative shoot ofjujube.4. Girdling effected the nitrogen content of leaves and shedding shoot of jujube, and the divergence was remarkable. To secondary shoot and vegetative shoot of jujube, the nitrogen content of 1A was the highest. The C/N of every treatment before flowering girdling was higher than that in full bloom girdling. The trendencies of C/N in shedding shoot of jujube were similar, and the treatments before flowering girdling were lower than that in full bloom girdling, and the divergence was remarkable. About to secondary shoot and vegetative shoot ofjujube, the C/N of IB was higher than 1A and 1C, 2B was higher than 2A and 2C,2B was higher than IB, and the divergence was remarkable.5.Different girdling effected the content of IAA and ABA in leaves and shedding shoot of jujube and the divergence was remarkable. ABA content of each treatment before flowering girdling were lower than that in full bloom girdling. In most time, the GA3content of treatment in full bloom flowering were higher than that before floweringgirdling, and divergence was remarkable. Different girdling effected ZR content in leavesand shedding shoot of jujube. The ZR content in leaves were remarkable divergence. Inshedding shoot of jujube, the ZR content of girdling in full bloom was higher than thatbefore flowering.6.The different girdling effected nutrition of tree body.2B increased the set of fruit.2Aincreased germination percentage. When vegetative gtowth ang reproductive growthwere conceded it was supposed that 2A was the best treatment of girdling.
