The Study Of Tissue Culture Of Begonia Tuberhybrida And Culture Young Plant In Factory

The experiment is using Begonia tuberhybrida as material of study. Through culture leaf in vitro of plant, we studied on the tissue culture technology about elementary culture medium, kinds and combinations of hormone in culture medium, subculture time, subculture number, root-inducing medium, substrate kinds of transplanting, time of transplanting and management to young plants .We found the difference in hormone kinds of in culture medium , subculture time, subculture numbers during callus induction and plant regeneration ,and analysed the influence of different kinds of transplant medium and transplant time to Begonia tuberhybrida living. Using this result, we studied the technical criterions of tissue culture for industrial produce, production plan, production cost, economic accounting and management technique of young plants in greenhouse.Using the tissue culture technology to propagate Begonia tuberhybrida can meet the market requirement, and got more economic profit...
