In this paper the key device of producing pellet feed: hoop standard granulator is regarded as studying object, problems of practical production about it are studied. The character evaluation indexes of hoop standard granulator generally consist of quality of making pellet, productivity, power consumption, and service life .To realize synthesized evaluation of the machine, the combination of experimental design optimizing method and finite element analysis method is adopted in studying this subject. Method of perpendicularity experiment is adopted in designing experiment. Chicken feed of model 661 is regarded as raw material of pellet feed, the influence that experimental factors including modulation-character temperature, modulation-character moisture, grease-additive quantity, and comminuting granularity have on making pellet quality, productivity, and electricity consumption. UG and ANSYS are regarded as simulating circumstance in finite element analysis, for problem on service life of the machine, evaluation index that average stress of a series of parameterized loop die is regarded as service life of hoop standard granulator is achieved by dynamic, static, and thermal structure coupling analysis for key part: loop die of the machine. For every influencing factor the experimental arrangement of array and combination is made by adopting optimizing idea and method of experimental design, the aim of quantification analysis is strived to arrive. The loop-die assembly simulated model of the machine is finally completed in this subject. The aim of optimization and quantification is attained for the integrated machine. Simulated model and data-analysis model of the machine have very good application and reference value for designer and user, and they are a breakthrough and a meaning try for research method of the machine.
