In this paper, writer first observe the morphologic character of thebuds ,then observe the development stage of microspore under amicrospcope ,the article deals with the pollution and some key factorswhich affect the anther culture of Cyclamen Persicum ,such asgenotype ,basic medium ,the hormone and the concentration of hormone ,the sucrose and concentrate of sucrose ,the concentrate of agar, theconcentrate of active carbon , the time of low temperature treatment , hightemperature treatment ,the density of inoculation and so on. The result show 1. When the calyx is encased by petal, the calyx is longer than the petal,and the anther is greenish white,most of the microspore is at the earlynucleate stage.When the petal is longer than the calyx,the anther isgreenish white or white,most of the microspore is at binucleate stage.When the petal emerges a little,the petal is eaqual to or slightly longer thanthe calyx and the anthers is yellow,The microspore is at the late nucleatestage,while the nucleus is situated on one side of the pollen. Thisdevelopment stage is suitable for anther culture of Cyclamen Percicum. 2.Buds were sterilized[70%(v/v)ethanol;(2min),followed by0.1%HgCI2(10min)],and rished fifth times with sterile water. 3.Genotype affects the percntage of the embryoid notably.Among the sixgenotypes,the percentage of the embryoid formation is very different. 4.B5 medium is more effective for anther culture of CyclamenPercicum.. 5.The experiment show that maltose is best for anther culture ofCyclamen Percicum.. When the concentrate of sucrose is 3%,6%,9%,12%,It is found 9% sucrose is the best concentrate for anther culture. 6. Homone is important for anther culture of Cyclamen Percicum.0.1mg/L NAA is the best concentrate for anther culture. 7.when 0.5% active carbon is added to medium,the percentage of 3仙客来花药培养研究embryoid formation increases obviously.This indicates that the function ofactive carbon(0.5%)is positve.But the function of active carbon(1%)is negative. 8. The buds was treated with low temperature for 3da,5d,10drespectively,the result shows that the percemtage of embtyoid formationincreases obviously. 9.The inoculated ather was treated with high temperature for 24h,48h,72h respectively,the result shows,after the appropriate high temperatureand the time of high temperature treatment,the percentage of the embryoidformation enhances remarkably, 10. When several anthers are inoculated in each utensil,four genotypesexperimented give rise to high percentage of the embryoid. 11. when oberserving androgenic development of microspores under amicroscope,we find the embryoid is mainly formed by this way:the pollengrain first divides and forms two sub cells which are the same in size,thenthe two sub cells together divided,finally form embryoid.
