The experiment was to study rooting and forming of bulblets in Tube, transplantation on the Lilium longiflorum Thunb. "311 -A" optimum compound design were used to study on the effects of different nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium levels on growth, development, yield and quality of Lily Plantlet. At the same time, the model formulations were founded by using multivariate regression analysis methods on computer. The obtained results were summarized as follows:1. PP333 improved the Lily Plantlet taking root, bulblet forming and expanding in the tube. The best concentration was 2mg/L paclobutrazol. 2.At this experimental condition, better medium of Lily Plantlet cultivation was soil: Sand: humus soil = 1:2:1, this kind of medium form good soil structure. It was advantageous to takes root and growth. The Lily Plantlet was spurted the MS macro-element in seeding periods. The test result indicated that the 1MS macro-element was the best concentration.3. With in eleven treatments, the eleventh treatment's the height of seeding was moderate, the stem diameter and the leaf area were the biggest, the number of leaf were the most; chlorophyll content was the highest and photosynthesis was the strongest in the Lily Plantlet leaf; the content of total nitrogen and the content of total potassium in The lily plantlet leaf was the highest. The quality The lily plantlet bulbs was excellent.4. At a certain range of concentrations (within -20 levels), mutual effects of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on the fresh weight of bulbs and the contents of starch of bulbs can affect them positively. Regressive analysis showed that the optimal project of fertilizing nitrogen, phosphorus andpotassium was: N 148.18 mg/L, P2O5 33.00 mg/L and K2O 141.60mg/L. And then N:P2O5:K2O=1:0.22:0.96...
